TxSBOE Advocacy
Through critical connections with various Texas State Board of Education members, we make sure that the voice of every student is heard by elected officials who have the power to make changes. We regularly meet with members Staci Childs, Dr. Audrey Young, and Dr. Keven Ellis to voice the youth perspective on critical issues.

Student-Led Town Halls
We've held Town hall forums for School Board candidates in six out of the 10 largest school districts in Texas. These events give students an opportunity to ask questions regarding topics they care deeply about. Students have used our town hall forums to question school board candidates regarding menstrual health education, the adoption of Blue Bonnett Education, their stance on the availability of mental health resources, and much more!
Bi-Partisan Advisors
We advocate for the student perspective in our policy recommendations, engaging with over 40 state and lawmakers to ensure that student voices are heard and considered in the decision-making process.
